Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking
We ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
Orders placed after 3pm EST may be processed the next business day
Carriers & Delivery
We ship via USPS or UPS depending on the item and destination
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered"
Orders over $100 may require a signature at delivery
Hawaii & Alaska
Orders shipping to HI or AK may require an additional $35 flat rate for UPS Ground. We’ll reach out if more is needed.
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and pick up your order in-person during park hours. You’ll get an email when it’s ready.
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Sale or discounted items are final sale — no returns or exchanges
- Custom items (e.g. mounted or gripped boards) are not eligible
